What happens next
We review the information and send an initial written quote within 24 hours. The quote sets out the proposed system and installation scope based on the details supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If the camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network setup or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. No additional work should be carried out without your approval.
Repairs and existing systems
For a fault, tell us what the system is doing and send a photo of the recorder screen if possible. Useful details include whether one camera or the whole system is affected, whether recording has stopped, and whether the problem followed a power cut, router change or building work.
