What a CCTV installation involves
A camera on its own does very little. What makes a system work is where the cameras go, how they are angled, and whether the recording setup holds enough footage to be useful when you actually need it. That is the part we spend time on.
We start with the information you provide, including the property type, layout, areas to cover and approximate camera requirement. Photos or plans help us prepare the initial written quote. Where the positions, lighting or cable routes cannot be confirmed remotely, we check them on site before the final scope and price are agreed.
What we install
We fit HD and 4K camera systems for properties of all sizes. Indoor cameras, outdoor weather-rated cameras, cameras with night vision for positions that need to work after dark, and recorders sized to hold as much footage as you need. Everything is set up so you can view it live and play back recordings from your phone.
For a small flat that might mean two cameras and a compact recorder. For a warehouse it might mean a dozen cameras covering the floor, doors and yard. The approach is the same either way.
Who we install for
Villas and family homes across Dubai, apartments in managed towers, shops and retail units, offices, restaurants and cafes, warehouses and industrial units, and staff accommodation. Each of these has different requirements, and we cover all of them.
The cabling and the finish
The part people notice after the job is done is the cabling. We plan the routes before work starts and conceal cable where practical. Larger plots and fitted-out offices can require a site check because access, ceiling construction and cable distances affect the final scope.
Remote viewing on your phone
Every installation includes remote viewing setup. You see live footage and play back recordings from your phone, tablet or computer, from anywhere with an internet connection. We configure it on the devices that need it and show you how it works before we leave, rather than handing you a manual.
What it costs
The price depends on the number and type of cameras, the property layout, storage, access and cabling. We provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the details supplied. If a site check changes the required scope, we explain the difference and confirm the final price before work begins.
How to book
Call or WhatsApp with the property details and approximate camera requirements. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours. A site check is arranged only where the final scope needs confirming.
Common questions
How long does a CCTV installation take?
Timing depends on the number of cameras, access and cable routes. Small apartments can sometimes be completed in half a day, while villas and commercial sites often take longer. We confirm the expected timing before work begins.
Do you install across all of Dubai?
Yes. We cover the whole city, from the Marina and Downtown to Mirdif, Al Quoz, Jebel Ali and the outer communities.
Can I add cameras later?
Yes. Systems can be extended. If you may add more cameras later, mention it when requesting the quote so the proposed recorder can allow room to grow.
Do you install cameras I have already bought?
We can look at what you have and advise. Compatibility, condition and the support terms that apply are confirmed before the work is approved.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty and workmanship terms depend on the equipment and agreed scope. They should be stated clearly in the written proposal before the customer approves the work.
