About City Walk
City Walk is a low-rise urban district near Jumeirah and Al Wasl, laid out as pedestrian streets lined with retail, restaurants and cafes, with apartment buildings above and around them. It was designed to feel like a walkable town centre rather than a tower cluster, and it draws both residents and visitors, especially in the evenings.
The homes are apartments in mid-rise buildings, generally newer and aimed at the upper end of the rental and sales market. At street level the retail units and restaurants see steady footfall. Because homes and busy retail sit in the same blocks, we install for both flats and units here.

For a flat, the usual setup is a door camera and one inside. The buildings are managed, so a camera facing a shared corridor needs approval, while inside the flat is your decision. We confirm what may need approval before installation.

How the job works

The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
