About The Meadows
The Meadows is a gated villa community in Emirates Living, next to The Springs and near Emirates Hills. It is made up of larger independent villas on private plots, set around lakes and landscaped streets, and it has long been a settled choice for families who want more space than the neighbouring townhouses offer.
The homes are detached villas, generally larger than those in The Springs, with private gardens and parking. It is quiet and purely residential, with schools and the community retail nearby. Because the plots are bigger and families settle here for years, owners often want full cover of the house and grounds rather than a couple of cameras.

A villa job covers the gate and entrance, the driveway and parking, the garden, and the sides and rear of the house. On the larger plots, corner cameras cover two sides at once. Inside, a door camera is common, and some owners add cover on the stairs or a hallway. The recorder stays indoors, with enough storage to hold a useful stretch of footage.
Cover for gardens and grounds
The larger homes here have gardens and outdoor space that need cover, not just the house. We plan positions to take in the grounds and the approaches, with night vision so the picture holds after dark. Planning cable runs before installation keeps the finish neat on a bigger plot.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.

How many cameras will I need?
Larger plots need more. We work out the number from the layout and confirm it before installation.
