About The Greens
The Greens is a low-rise apartment community in the Emirates Living area, near the Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road. It is made up of mid-rise buildings set among landscaped gardens, lakes and walkways, which gives it a calmer, greener feel than the high-rise districts nearby. Because it is a residential apartment area, nearly all the work here is flats, and ground-floor units bring the usual points around terraces and shared paths.

For a flat, the usual setup is a door camera and one inside the main living area. Ground-floor flats sometimes want a camera covering a window or terrace that faces a shared path. Inside your own flat is your decision, while a camera facing a shared corridor or walkway may need the building's approval. We confirm this before installation.
