About Dubai Festival City
Dubai Festival City is a mixed-use waterfront community on the Deira side of the Creek, built around the Festival City Mall and the InterContinental hotels. It combines residential neighbourhoods, retail, hotels and business space in one master-planned development, with a marina and waterfront promenade along the Creek.
The homes are a mix of villas in the Al Badia area and apartments in the towers, and the community is well known for its mall, showrooms and the festival waterfront. It draws families and professionals, and the commercial side brings offices, showrooms and retail. Because it holds both homes and a large commercial component, we install for villas, flats and business units here.
CCTV for Festival City villas and apartments
Villas take cover on the gate, parking and sides, with a door camera inside. Apartments take a door camera and one inside, with building approval needed for anything facing a shared area. We plan each to suit the property and check what is allowed before installation.
CCTV for Festival City business units
The retail and office units want the entrance, the till or reception, and any stock or store room covered. Remote viewing lets the owner watch the unit from a phone when off site. If you run more than one unit, we can join them on one system.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
Common questions
Do you cover both homes and businesses here?
Yes. Festival City has both, and we install for villas, apartments and business units.
Can I view my unit remotely?
Yes. Remote viewing lets you see it live on a phone from anywhere.
Do I need approval for an apartment install?
Inside the flat, no. For anything facing a shared area, the building usually needs to approve it. We confirm this before installation.
