About Al Rashidiya
Al Rashidiya sits in eastern Dubai near the airport and Mirdif, and it is one of the older established residential districts in the city. It is largely made up of villas on generous plots, with mosques, schools and neighbourhood shops, and it has its own metro station on the red line.
The area is quiet and low-rise, with a long-settled local and expatriate family population. Homes are mostly independent villas, some large, alongside a smaller number of low-rise buildings. Because it is villa-heavy and settled, nearly all our work here is home security, with cover of the gate, parking and grounds being the standard job.
