About Dubai South
Dubai South is a large master-planned zone in the far south-west of the emirate, built around Al Maktoum International Airport and the site of Expo 2020, now Expo City. It is designed as a mixed city district with residential communities, business and logistics parks, aviation facilities and commercial space.
The residential side holds villas, townhouses and apartment buildings in newer communities, while the business side holds warehouses, logistics operations and offices linked to the airport and free zone.
