About Al Twar
Al Twar is a residential district in north-east Dubai near Al Qusais and the airport, split into numbered sections. It is a settled area of villas and low-rise apartment buildings, with neighbourhood shops, schools, mosques and parks serving a long-established resident population.
The housing mixes independent and shared villas with apartment blocks, and there are small retail strips along the main roads. It is quieter and more residential than the neighbouring commercial areas, and well connected by the metro nearby. Our work here covers both homes and the small shops that serve the community.
