About Bluewaters Island
Bluewaters Island is a man-made island off the JBR coast, connected to the mainland by a bridge, and best known as the home of Ain Dubai, the observation wheel. It holds residential apartment buildings, a hotel, and a retail and dining promenade, making it a compact mixed development.
The homes are apartments in managed buildings, generally at the upper end of the market, with sea and city views. The retail and restaurant units along the promenade see visitor footfall alongside residents. Because it combines managed residential towers with busy retail, our work here covers both flats and units.
CCTV for Bluewaters apartments
For a flat, the usual setup is a door camera and one inside. The buildings are managed, so a camera facing a shared corridor or on the outside needs approval, while inside the flat is your decision. Some owners let their flats short term, and a door camera is common for keeping an eye on arrivals and departures. We confirm what may need approval before installation.
CCTV for Bluewaters retail and restaurants
The promenade units want the entrance, the till, the seating or display, and the kitchen or stock area for food outlets. Remote viewing lets an owner or manager watch the unit from a phone during and after trading. If you run more than one unit, we can join them on one system.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
