About Dubai Creek Harbour
Dubai Creek Harbour is a large waterfront development along the Creek near Ras Al Khor, made up of newer residential towers, a marina, promenades and retail space. It has grown steadily as new towers have handed over, and it looks across the water toward the Downtown skyline.
The homes are apartments in newer managed towers, from studios to larger family flats, popular with tenants and owners wanting recent build quality and the waterfront setting. Ground-level retail and dining serve residents along the promenade. Because it is almost entirely newer apartment buildings, most of our work here is flats, with some retail units.

For a flat, the usual setup is a door camera and one inside. The towers are managed and newer, so a camera facing a shared corridor needs approval, while inside the flat is your decision. Because the buildings are recent, we plan the install to avoid disturbing new finishes. We confirm what may need approval before installation.

The promenade and ground-floor units want the entrance, the till, and the seating or stock area covered. Remote viewing lets the owner watch the unit from a phone when off site. If you run more than one unit, we can put them on one system.
How the job works
