About Dubai Academic City
Dubai International Academic City sits in the south-east of Dubai near Silicon Oasis, developed as a dedicated zone for higher education. It holds university campuses, colleges and training institutes, along with student accommodation and supporting facilities.
The area is busy in term time with students and staff, and quieter outside it. Alongside the campuses there are offices, small businesses serving the student population, and residential blocks nearby in Liwan and Silicon Oasis. Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
