About Al Warsan
Al Warsan is a district in south-east Dubai that includes International City and the surrounding areas near Dragon Mart and the Ras Al Khor road. It combines dense low-rise residential clusters with commercial and warehouse space, and it is one of the more affordable parts of the city to rent.
The residential side is made up largely of apartment blocks housing a big working population, while the commercial side includes trading units, warehouses and the wholesale activity around Dragon Mart.
