About Damac Hills
Damac Hills is a large gated community in the Dubailand area, built around the Trump International Golf Club course. It sits off Umm Suqeim Road and Hessa Street, and it combines villas, townhouses and apartment buildings around green space, a skate park, sports facilities and a community retail centre.
The homes range from large golf-facing villas to rows of townhouses and mid-rise apartment blocks. It draws families who want space and community facilities, and the layout is planned and green throughout.
