About Town Square
Town Square is a newer master-planned community off Al Qudra Road in the Dubailand direction, built around a large central park. It is made up of townhouses and mid-rise apartment buildings arranged along walkable streets, with parks, cycling and running tracks, a community pool area and retail at its centre.
The homes are mostly townhouses and apartments aimed at young families and first-time buyers, at more accessible prices than the older established communities. It is green and pedestrian-friendly, with schools and nurseries in and around it. Because most homes here are townhouses and flats in newer buildings, our work is almost entirely residential, and the new build makes for tidy installs.

The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
