About DIP
Dubai Investments Park is a large mixed-use area in the south-west of the city, near Jebel Ali and Expo City. It combines industrial, commercial and residential zones on a big scale, with warehouses, factories, offices, showrooms, schools and staff accommodation spread across it. It is well connected by the main highways, which is part of why so many businesses base their operations here.
The area is spread out and vehicle-heavy, with large plots and wide roads built for trucks and logistics. Most of the activity is business and industrial, and units often sit empty and locked outside working hours. Because of that, the bulk of our work here is commercial, covering unit floors, storage, yards and gates.

The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
