About Motor City
Motor City is a residential community in central Dubai near the Dubai Autodrome, which gives the area its name and theme. It sits off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Dubai Sports City and Arabian Ranches, and it mixes apartment buildings, townhouses and some villas around green spaces and a small retail centre.
The community is planned and family-friendly, with parks, schools and the Autodrome nearby. Homes range from apartments in mid-rise blocks to townhouses on quieter streets. There is a small commercial side with shops, cafes and offices serving residents. Because it holds both homes and some retail, we cover flats, townhouses and the ground-floor units here.
