Dubai Sports City is a themed community in the Dubailand area, built around sports venues including a cricket stadium, sports academies and golf. It sits next to Motor City off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and it combines apartment towers, some villas and townhouses, and ground-floor retail.
The area is residential with a sporting theme, popular with families and tenants, and it has schools and community facilities alongside the venues. Homes are mostly apartments in mid to high-rise blocks, with some villas and townhouses. Most of the work here is residential, with some commercial in the retail units at the base of the buildings.

How the job works
