About International City
International City is a large residential and commercial community in the south-east of Dubai, laid out in clusters themed around different countries. The buildings are low-rise apartment blocks, and the area is one of the more affordable places to rent in the city, which makes it popular with working residents and families. It also has a busy commercial side, including the Dragon Mart trading complex nearby.
The homes are mostly studios and one and two-bed flats across the country-themed clusters. Alongside the residential clusters there are shops, offices and warehouse and trading units, partly linked to the wholesale trade around Dragon Mart. Because it holds both dense housing and a lot of trade, we cover flats, shops and warehouse units here.

A flat here takes a door camera and one inside. Ground-floor flats sometimes want a camera on a window or patio facing a shared path. Inside the flat is your decision, while anything facing a shared area may need the building's approval. We confirm this before installation.

The shops want the entrance, till and display covered, plus any stock room. The warehouses and stores want the doors, storage and yard covered, with gate cameras for vehicles. Remote viewing lets the owner watch the unit from a phone, which matters most outside trading hours.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
