About JBR
Jumeirah Beach Residence is a row of residential towers along the beach between Dubai Marina and the sea. At its base runs The Walk and The Beach, a busy promenade of shops, cafes, restaurants and cinemas that draws both residents and visitors, especially in the evenings and at weekends. It is one of the liveliest seafront spots in the city.
The homes are apartments in the towers, from studios to large family flats, and many are used as holiday lets because of the beach location. The ground-floor and promenade units are retail and food outlets that see heavy footfall. Because of the mix of holiday-let flats and busy shops, door cameras for owners letting flats and entrance cover for the units are both common requests here.
CCTV for JBR apartments
For a flat, the usual setup is a door camera and one inside. Short-term rentals are common in JBR, so owners who let their flat out often want a door camera to see who comes and goes between guests. The towers are managed, so anything facing a shared corridor needs approval, while inside the flat is your call. We confirm this before installation.
CCTV for JBR shops and restaurants
The units on the Walk deal with heavy footfall, so cameras cover the entrance, the till, the seating or display, and the kitchen or stock area for food outlets. Remote viewing lets an owner or manager watch the unit from a phone during and after trading. If you run more than one unit, we can join them on one system.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
