About Dubai Production City
Dubai Production City, still often called IMPZ from its original name as the International Media Production Zone, sits off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Motor City and Sports City. It was set up as a free zone for printing, publishing, packaging and media production, and residential buildings were added alongside the industrial and office space.
The result is a mixed area where apartment towers sit near warehouses, printing works and office buildings. The homes are mainly apartments, popular with tenants for the lower rents, while the business side holds production and printing companies with equipment and stock on site. Because of that mix, we install for flats, offices and industrial units here.
CCTV for Production City apartments
For a flat, the usual setup is a door camera and one inside. The buildings are managed, so a camera facing a shared corridor needs approval, while inside the flat is your decision. We confirm this before installation.
CCTV for Production City units and offices
Offices want reception, the entrance and any store or server room covered. The industrial and printing units want the doors, the floor and any storage covered, with remote viewing for the owner. For units empty out of hours, the entrance and yard cover matters most. We plan each to suit the unit.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
Common questions
Do you cover both homes and business units here?
Yes. Production City has both, and we install for apartments, offices and industrial units.
Can I watch my unit out of hours?
Yes. Remote viewing lets you see it live on a phone from anywhere.
Do I need approval for my flat?
Inside the flat, no. For a shared corridor, the building usually needs to approve it. We confirm this before installation.
