About Arjan
Arjan is a growing residential district in the Al Barsha South area, best known as the home of Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden. It sits near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and has filled in over recent years with mid-rise apartment buildings and ground-floor retail.
The homes are almost all apartments in newer blocks, from studios to two and three-bed flats, popular with tenants and young families for the newer build and the central-ish location. Retail units at street level hold supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and salons. Because it is apartment-led, most of our work here is flats, with some shop installs in the retail units.

How the job works

The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
