About Remraam
Remraam is a low-rise residential community in the Dubailand area off Emirates Road, made up of apartment buildings and some townhouses set among green space and walking paths. It was built as an affordable, quiet family community, and it has a more open, low-density feel than the tower districts.
The homes are mostly apartments in buildings of a few storeys, with landscaped courtyards and community facilities including pools and parks. It draws families and tenants looking for space and lower rents away from the busier parts of the city. Because it is entirely residential and low-rise, our work here is flats and townhouses.

Townhouses take cover on the entrance, parking and sides, with a door camera inside. Apartments take a door camera and one inside. Ground-floor flats sometimes want a camera covering a window or terrace facing a shared path. Inside your own home is your decision, while anything facing a shared area may need building approval, which we check before installation.

The usual reasons are parcels going missing, wanting to see who knocks, and checking on the home while away. A door camera covers these, and remote viewing means you see it on your phone from anywhere.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
Common questions
Can I cover my ground-floor terrace?
Yes, though if it faces a shared path the building may need to approve the angle. We plan it to cover your own area.
Is a door camera enough for a flat?
For many flats, a door camera plus one inside covers the main concerns. We advise based on your home.
Can I see it on my phone?
Remote viewing can be included and is confirmed in the quotation.
