About Liwan
Liwan is a residential community in the Dubailand area near Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City, developed as an affordable option with mid-rise apartment buildings and some townhouses. It has grown steadily as more buildings have been completed and occupied.
The homes are mainly apartments in low to mid-rise blocks, with ground-floor retail units serving residents, plus some townhouses. It draws tenants and families looking for lower rents while staying within reach of the Silicon Oasis and Academic City areas. Most of our work here is residential, with some shop installs in the retail units.
CCTV for Liwan homes
Townhouse systems commonly cover the entrance, parking and sides, with an indoor entrance camera where appropriate. Apartment systems may include an internal entrance camera, while anything facing a shared area normally needs building approval. We plan the positions around the property and expected night conditions.
CCTV for Liwan shops
The ground-floor shops want the entrance, till and stock area covered. Remote viewing lets the owner check the shop from a phone when off site. If you run more than one unit, we can put them on one system.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.

Is night vision included outdoors?
Outdoor camera options with night vision are available where required. The expected night performance depends on the model, lighting and position.
