About Dubailand
Dubailand is not a single neighbourhood but a very large development zone in the south-east of Dubai, covering many separate residential communities along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road. It includes areas such as Damac Hills, Town Square, Mudon, Liwan, Arabian Ranches and Sports City, each with its own character.
Across the zone the housing ranges from large villas and townhouses in gated communities to mid-rise apartment blocks, along with parks, schools and community retail. Development has continued steadily over the years, so newer and older communities sit side by side. Because it covers so much ground and so many communities, we work across the whole Dubailand area and tailor each job to the specific community.
