About Green Community
Green Community is a gated residential development within Dubai Investments Park, known for its heavy landscaping, mature trees, lakes and shaded walkways, which give it a notably greener feel than most Dubai communities. It is a self-contained area with its own retail centre, schools and community facilities.
The homes are a mix of villas, townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings, and the community draws families, many of whom work in the surrounding DIP and Jebel Ali areas. It is quiet, gated and residential throughout. Because it holds both houses and apartment buildings, our work here covers villas, townhouses and flats.

A villa or townhouse job covers the gate and entrance, the parking, the garden, and the sides of the property, with a door camera inside. The mature landscaping here means camera positions need planning so trees and planting do not block the view. We work that out before installation. The recorder stays indoors.

The low-rise apartment buildings take a door camera and one inside, with building approval for anything facing a shared area. Ground-floor flats sometimes want cover on a terrace facing a shared path. We confirm what may need approval before installation.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.

Will trees and planting block the cameras?
They can if positions are chosen badly, which is why we plan angles before installation around the landscaping.
Do you cover apartments as well as villas here?
Yes. We install for villas, townhouses and the low-rise apartment buildings.
Is night vision included outdoors?
Outdoor camera options with night vision are available where required. The expected night performance depends on the model, lighting and position.
