About Jumeirah Golf Estates
Jumeirah Golf Estates is a gated community off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, built around two championship golf courses, Earth and Fire, and known for hosting the DP World Tour Championship. It is made up of villa and townhouse sub-communities laid out around the fairways and landscaped grounds.
The homes are large villas and townhouses, many facing the golf course, on generous plots with gardens and private parking. The community is quiet, gated and residential, with a clubhouse and community facilities. Because the properties are large and often back onto open course land, cover of the grounds and the rear of the property matters as much as the front here.
