Jumeirah Islands is a gated villa community near JLT and Jumeirah Park, built as clusters of large villas set on islands surrounded by man-made lakes and waterways. The water setting and mature landscaping give it a distinctive look, and it is quiet and entirely residential.

For homes fronting the lakes, the water-facing side is worth covering as well as the street side. Corner and high positions cover more with fewer cameras. Inside, a door camera is common.
