Victory Heights is a gated villa community within Dubai Sports City, built around the Els Club golf course. It is made up of detached villas and townhouses in Mediterranean and Andalusian styles, laid out along quiet landscaped streets, and it is popular with families for its schools and community feel.
The homes are family villas on private plots, many facing the golf course or green space, with gardens and private parking. The community is gated and residential, close to the Sports City facilities and the main road links.
