About The Sustainable City
The Sustainable City is a residential community off Al Qudra Road, built as a net-zero development with solar panels, urban farms, green corridors and car-free residential clusters. It is one of the more distinctive communities in Dubai because of the way it is designed around walking, cycling and shared green space.
The homes are villas and townhouses arranged in clusters, with parking at the edges and pedestrian streets between the houses. It draws families interested in the community's environmental approach and its quiet, walkable layout. Because vehicles are kept to the perimeter and the streets between homes are pedestrian, camera positions here work a little differently than in a standard villa community.

A villa or townhouse job covers the front entrance, the garden or yard, and the sides of the property, with a door camera inside. Because parking sits away from the houses in shared areas, cover of the parking may fall under the community rather than the individual home, so we look at what applies to your property before installation. The recorder stays indoors.

The pedestrian streets and shared green space mean camera angles need care to cover your own home without taking in neighbours' front areas or shared walkways more than necessary. We plan this before installation. Solar panels and shading structures on the roofs can also affect mounting positions, which we work around.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.

Can I cover the shared parking?
That usually falls under the community rather than your own property. We advise on what applies to your home before installation.
Do the solar panels affect where cameras go?
They can affect mounting positions on the roof. We work around them when planning.
Is night vision included?
Outdoor camera options with night vision are available where required. The expected night performance depends on the model, lighting and position.
