About JLT
Jumeirah Lake Towers sits across Sheikh Zayed Road from Dubai Marina, laid out as clusters of towers grouped around a set of man-made lakes. Each cluster is lettered, and most towers hold a mix of homes on the upper floors and offices lower down, with shops and cafes at ground level. It has its own metro stop and is one of the busier live-and-work areas in the city.
The residents are a mix of professionals and families, and a large number of small businesses run from the office floors, from trading firms to clinics and agencies. Because homes, offices and shops sit in the same buildings, we often get calls for all three in a single cluster. The tenant turnover in both the flats and the offices keeps entrance security a common request.
CCTV for JLT offices
Plenty of JLT offices are small or shared, so the camera setup is usually simple. Reception or the entrance, the main work area, and any stock or server cupboard. For a shared office, cameras at the entrance help settle any question about who came in and when. We can set remote viewing so the owner checks in from their phone.
CCTV for JLT apartments
For a flat, the common setup is a door camera and one inside. The towers are managed by their own building teams, so a camera in a shared corridor or on the outside needs approval. Inside your flat is your call. We confirm what may need approval before installation.
CCTV for JLT shops and cafes
The retail units at cluster level want the entrance, the till, and the seating or display area covered. If you run more than one unit across JLT, we can join them on one system so you view them together.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
Common questions
I share an office in JLT. Can I still install cameras?
Yes, though if the space is shared it is worth agreeing camera placement with the other party. We can advise on sensible positions before installation.
Do you cover more than one unit at once?
Yes. If you have several units in JLT we can put them on a single system with one place to view them all.
How long does a small office take?
It depends on the camera count, access and cable routes. We confirm the expected timing before work begins.
