About Business Bay
Business Bay sits just south of Downtown, along the Dubai Canal. As the name suggests it started as a business district, and it still holds a lot of office and mixed-use towers, but over the years many residential towers have gone up alongside them. The result is an area where people both live and work, often in the same building.
The canal and its walkway run through the area, with cafes and restaurants along parts of it. Homes are apartments, from studios to larger flats, and a lot of small and medium companies base their offices here because of the central location and the road links to Sheikh Zayed Road. How the job works

The initial quote is not the final fixed price. Should I install CCTV before or after the office fit-out?
Before, if you can. Running cable before the space is furnished gives a cleaner finish. We can still work around a finished office, it just takes a little more care.
Can I view the office cameras from another country?
Yes. Remote viewing works from anywhere with internet. Owners and managers abroad log in on a phone or laptop.
Do you offer maintenance for office systems?
We can provide fault assessment and, where offered, ongoing maintenance. The scope and response terms should be confirmed in writing.
