About Living Legends
Living Legends is a gated residential community in the Dubailand area off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, made up of villas and apartment towers set around a golf course and landscaped grounds. It is self-contained and quiet, with community facilities and green space between the buildings.
The homes split between detached villas on private plots and apartments in the towers, drawing families who want a gated setting with both housing types available. Because it holds villas and apartment buildings in the same community, our work here covers both, with different considerations for each.
CCTV for Living Legends villas
A villa job covers the gate and entrance, the driveway and parking, the garden, and the sides and rear. Corner positions cover two sides at once. Inside, a door camera is common. The recorder stays indoors, out of the way. Night vision keeps the outdoor picture clear on the quiet streets at night.
CCTV for Living Legends apartments
The towers are managed, so a camera inside your flat is your decision, while anything facing a shared corridor needs approval. The usual setup is a door camera and one inside. We confirm what may need approval before installation.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.

Do you cover both villas and apartments here?
Yes. Living Legends has both, and we install for each.
Do I need approval for a villa install?
For a villa, community, tenancy or landlord rules can still affect external positions. For an apartment, anything facing a shared area normally needs building approval. The relevant requirements should be checked before installation.
Is night vision included outdoors?
Outdoor camera options with night vision are available where required. The expected night performance depends on the model, lighting and position.
