About Majan
Majan is a developing district in the Dubailand area off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Wadi Al Safa and Global Village. It has been filling in with mid-rise apartment buildings, some villas and townhouses, and a mix of commercial and light industrial units.
The homes are mostly newer apartments aimed at tenants looking for lower rents with newer build quality, alongside some houses. The commercial side holds units and businesses serving the surrounding communities. Because it is still developing and mixed, our work here covers flats, houses and business units.

Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
