About Serena
Serena is a residential community in the Dubailand area off Al Qudra Road, near Mudon, built as clusters of Mediterranean-style townhouses and semi-detached homes around landscaped courtyards and pedestrian walkways. It is family-oriented and quiet, with community pools, parks and a small retail centre.
The homes are townhouses and semi-detached villas rather than apartments, arranged in sub-communities with shaded walkways between them. It draws families wanting newer homes with community facilities. Because it is entirely houses, our work here is home security, and the courtyard layouts affect where cameras sit.
CCTV for Serena townhouses
A job here covers the entrance, the parking, the yard or garden, and the sides of the property, with a door camera inside. Because the homes sit in clusters with shared walkways, camera angles need care to cover your own property without taking in neighbours' entrances more than necessary. We plan that before installation. The recorder stays indoors.

How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.

Do you work in the newer homes here?
Yes. We install in the newer townhouses regularly and keep the cabling tidy.

Outdoor camera options with night vision are available where required. The expected night performance depends on the model, lighting and position.
