About Expo City Dubai
Expo City Dubai is the district built on the Expo 2020 site in Dubai South, repurposed after the event into a mixed-use city area with offices, exhibition and event space, residential buildings and public parks. It keeps many of the original pavilions and structures, and it is connected to the metro and the main southern highways.
The area holds business and office space for companies based in the district, along with residential buildings and event venues. It is newer throughout and still developing its resident population. Because it is business and event-led with growing residential, our work here covers offices, units and flats.
CCTV for Expo City offices and units
Offices want reception, the main entrance and any store or server room covered. Event and exhibition spaces want entrances, storage and equipment areas covered, since kit moves in and out around events. Remote viewing lets a manager check the premises out of hours. Because the buildings are new, we plan the install to protect finishes.
CCTV for Expo City homes
Apartments take a door camera and one inside, with building approval for anything facing a shared area. We confirm what may need approval before installation.
How the job works
Send us the property type, area, approximate camera requirement and any useful photos or plans. We aim to provide an initial written quote within 24 hours based on the information supplied.
The initial quote is not the final fixed price. If camera positions, cable routes, access, power, network details or site conditions need checking, we arrange a site visit and confirm the final scope and price before installation. Once approved, the system is installed, tested and handed over with remote viewing configured where included and supported.
