About Mirdif
Mirdif is a settled residential area in the east of Dubai, near Mushrif Park and not far from the airport. It is one of the older family suburbs, with a mix of independent villas and gated villa compounds, and it has long been popular with families who want a house rather than an apartment, including many who stay for years.
The area is mostly low-rise and residential, with community malls, schools and parks nearby. Homes range from large independent villas on their own plots to rows of compound villas that share roads and parking. Because it is so villa-heavy and settled, nearly all the work we do in Mirdif is home security, and the compound layouts add a few extra things to sort out around shared areas.
