Port Saeed sits on the Deira side of the Creek near Deira City Centre and the Festival City area. It is a mixed district of office buildings, hotels, apartment blocks and shops, close to the Creek and well placed for the airport and the older commercial parts of the city.
The area holds a lot of small and mid-sized businesses, travel and trading offices, and hotels, alongside residential buildings. It is busy on weekdays and well connected by the metro.
