About Abu Hail
Abu Hail is an established residential district in Deira, near Hor Al Anz and Al Mamzar, with its own metro station. It mixes villas and low to mid-rise apartment buildings with neighbourhood shops, schools and mosques, and it has a long-settled local and expatriate population.
The area is quieter and more residential than the trading heart of Deira, though the main roads carry shops and small businesses. Many of the buildings are older. Because it combines family villas, flats and neighbourhood retail, our work here covers homes and small commercial units alike.
